About Jay Barlow Jay Barlow
Jay is a trained counsellor, psychoanalytic psychotherapist, supervisor and Jungian Analyst also known as an analytical psychologist. He is also an experienced group-work facilitator of psychodynamic workshops. He has worked extensively as a psychoanalytic psychotherapist within clinical settings in the NHS and has various qualifications in therapy, and an MA in analytical psychology. Jay trained as a Jungian Analyst with the Society of Analytical Psychology, where he was Director of Education and Research for about two years and is currently Deputy Director of Analytic Training for the SAP training in Adult Analysis. He teaches and supervises for a couple of analytic trainings. He is registered with the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC), The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), The Confederation for Analytical Psychology (CAP) and the International Association for Analytical Psychology (IAAP).
